  • Installation of Hydronic Boiler System with Duct Work - This package covers the installation of the boiler system and glycol, and includes both boilers intalled in cascade fashion. This option also includes the installation of the duct work for the main floor and basement for future furnace installation.
  • Complete Hydronic Heating & Cooling Upgrade Package - This is the full package installation, and includes the complete boiler system, cooling for the 3 bedrooms and a high efficient furnace for backup heat and cooling for the main floor and basement areas.
  • Complete Hydronic Heating & Cooling Upgrade Package with Heat Pump - This is the full package with an upgraded high efficient heat pump for the main floor and basement areas. The heat pump is 18 seer variable speed to allow for the top of the line energy savings.
  • Hydronic Boiler System and Bedroom Cooling Package Only - This package includes the full boiler system and the cooling for the 3 bedrooms only. The furnace for backup heat and cooling of the main floor and basement areas is not provided.


Work Order

Scope includes:

  • Provide a pre-installation site visit and complete the required documents for the permit(s)
  • Provide the permit documentation to City of Edmonton for approval. Once approved, proceed with work scope.
  • Disconnect and remove all existing equipment and materials that will not be used for the new system
  • Supply and install a TRX heating boiler with a TRX combi boiler in cascade fashion, complete with the new required venting system
  • Supply and install 2 Grundfos pumps with the pump sequencer control
  • Supply and install the freeze protection glycol and new automatic glycol feeder
  • Supply and install new duct work, complete with required diffusers, for the main floor and basement for future backup heat and cooling system
  • Setup and commission all new equipment into service
  • Provide FREE maintenance service in the Fall of 2024 on all equipment provided in this quote

Scope does not include:

  • System repairs outside of the installation scope of the new equipment
  • Rehabilitation of walls or ceiling where holes may be required for installation purposes
  • Permit results outside the immediate scope of our installation work

  • The equipment and intstallation work scope provided is based on the actual installation package chosen at time of ordering
  • Work to be completed during regular business hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Our service area for plumbing and HVAC services is located in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, but we can also travel outside of these areas. If you would like to use our services in a different area, please contact us with your postal code before ordering and we can let you know if we can work in your postal code area.
