Plans for RBA payments

For services over $500.00, you will see a payment option “RBA 30 Day Payment Plan”.  This option allows you to pay the total value of your order over 30 days.  You can choose a custom amount for your down payment, as well as the frequency of your payments. We process your order as soon as we receive your completed payment contract and your order, which is a no fee option.

If your equipment has a delivery time of 8 weeks or more, as proof that we have made your payment on your equipment, you will receive a copy of the deposit payment from our Supplier.

A limited warranty is provided:

Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.

Testing and examination (inspection) services are based on the time of the test or examination, and no warranty is implied.

The warranty on backflow device repairs is limited and based on the cause of the problem.

We offer a 90-day limited warranty on labour workmanship from the date of invoice.

RBA Mechanical warrants only work completed by it, and is not responsible for existing problems or work completed by others.

We do not warrant the parts or equipment. Parts and equipment are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policies, and may not include labor costs.
