HelpfulCrowd offers our clients a more private way to submit ratings and reviews of our services, versus other more popular review services, including google reviews.
How it works:
After we complete a service for you, you will receive an email asking to rate the specific service we completed for you.
You click in the email to begin your review. Here is where you enter your display name, your rating, and any review you would like to offer. For clients who have already completed reviews, you can simply rate the specific service to show your satisfaction with that service.
The best part of HelpfulCrowd, is that only the first name you provide is posted online, along with your rating and review. No other personal information is posted.
Once we receive your submission, it is verified and posted.
