Shipping & Delivery

It’s great to know that delivery is free for orders over $65 within our service zone. Here are some additional points to consider:

  • The delivery or job location specified in the order is where the materials and equipment will be delivered.
  • Materials and equipment will be delivered to a secured area of the work site. This could be inside the home, business, or another lockup area.
  • In cases where a secure area is not available, delivery will not be made. However, if pre-arranged, a secure trailer or container bin may be provided as an alternative option.

It’s essential to keep in mind that we ensure materials and equipment are delivered to a secure area. By doing so, the delivery process will be smooth and efficient. Contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping or delivery.

Prices listed include the required product and materials, and the installation labour to complete the work.  Pricing for product-only sales is for the purchase of that product.

In addition to traditional methods like credit and debit cards, we also accept e-transfers and direct deposits for added convenience. For those who prefer to pay in installments, we have flexible options available to suit different needs. 

Email addresses of Account Holders are registered in the system for specific payment options.

For those who need to make invoice payments, we also accept credit card and online banking payments. This means that you can easily pay for your purchases from the comfort of your own home

Our service area for plumbing and HVAC services is located in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, but we can also travel outside of these areas. If you would like to use our services in a different area, please contact us with your postal code before ordering and we can let you know if we can work in your postal code area.

Depending on the service, our technicians can be available if needed. Give us a call and we’ll do our best to arrange an appointment that fits your schedule!

RBA Mechanical operates on Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm for maintenance and repair services. If you need a Saturday appointment, don’t wait too long as our Saturdays fill up fast – contact us to book your appointment!

No, there is no additional charge for Saturday service appointments with RBA Mechanical! We provide our Saturday service appointments during our regular operating hours without any extra charges. However, we do apply overtime charges if the appointment is made outside of our regular operating hours.
